During the last three weeks of May, Trevor took part in the annual Synod internship. This year, the internship saw a total of 20 participants from 8 Presbyterian churches. Daily lectures and discussions held at different partnering churches and seminaries by different pastors and professors. The interns were given the opportunity to learn about the history of the Reformation church and skills and knowledge to build up their Christian faith in the Presbyterian Church. Trevor graduated from the internship on 1 June 2018.
